Not for a long time I got a promotion at work. And I moved to New York City to the main office of our company. I waited this promotion for two years and finally I got it. I was so excited and I was on the top of the world. New York City was my child dream. I always wanted to live and work in Big Apple. Step by step all my dreams come true. It is only necessary to make efforts and everything will be all right. So, I packed all my stuff and clothes, said goodbye to all my friends, left sunny California and arrived to business New York, a city of my dream. I settled there rather well. My company rent me a good apartment in good district. It was no so big, but comfortable. It seemed everything was perfect, but not exactly. At first night I came across some trouble. It was winter when I moved to New York and it was quit cold. There is summer the whole year in California and always hot weather, but not in New York. True to say, I was freezed to death. I didn’t accustomed to such conditions and even wasn’t ready. I had only a plaidy and it didn’t save me from such cold. On the next morning I had intention to buy a down comforter, but because of tight schedule I couldn’t buy it and the second night I had to freeze again. Next morning I decided to buy blanket using Internet at some special online store. And at the same day I was delivered the most desirable thing for me at that time – down comforter. But it was too late, because I had the initial symptoms of a disease. On the next day I had fever heat and cough. I was down with the flu. And at the beginning of my work I had to take a sick day.

Now I used only down comforter that not to catch cold again. And I even bought fur cap and mitten to protect myself.
